How A Zoom Session Works
It’s just like a Face to Face discussion except we are on Zoom.
We can review your trial videos, training videos, or even just discuss any issues that you might be having.
My first question will be… “What is your objective for this conversation?” and we will go from there!
All Zoom calls are recorded and the recording is provided to you so that you can focus on our call rather than on taking notes.
There is no limit to video length provided that we can cover it effectively within you session.
My goal is to HELP YOU and to give you ACTIONABLE outcomes.

Personal Video Review
You provide video of your training or trial and Stacy will help you to understand your search and plan a path forward. What went wrong? What do you need to work on?
One on One Feedback... In Real Time!
Your conversation happens with Stacy in real time — so you know *exactly* what she’s seeing and commenting on!
Plan a Path Forward, Together.
During the session, Stacy will help you to establish a training plan and to understand what you need to work on and how you know if you are successful.

Before your scheduled session, send Stacy a link to your video (if needed).

Trial Video Review
Price: $90 for approx. 45 minutes
- Unlimited amount of video that can be reasonably discussed
- Discuss hide placement and understand cause of false alerts or misses
- Develop a training plan

Troubleshooting and Coaching
Price: $135 for approx. 60 minutes
- This option is for DIAGNOSIS of training problems
- Determine a training solution and plan
- Student is highly encouraged to provide video for review (can include training and/or trial footage)

Coaching Check In
Price: $75 for approx. 30 minutes
- This is meant as FOLLOW UP to Troubleshooting to review your progress and course correct if necessary
- Shorter call means that you can make sure that you are on the right track while remaining affordable
- Student progress video is suggested but not required

Coaching Check In (Package of 5 Calls)
Price: $300 for 5 sessions (save 20%!). Each session is 30 min.
- This is idea AFTER you do a 1 hour diagnostic Troubleshooting and Coaching session
- This is ideal for students with complex training challenges or who like to have more one on one time with Stacy
- Student provided video is optional but encouraged
- 5 Session Package is good for 6 months from the date of purchase

Session Overage
Price: $35 for approx. 15 minutes
Do you need a little more time? You can prepurchase overage to add to your call time or you can pay on an as needed basis if your call runs over. Purchase is based on 15 minute increments.
